Hi, I am Mary Beth! I am so grateful you are here!
There are many roles that combine to make up my identity. I am a wife, a stay-at-home-mom, an artist, a photographer, a writer, a runner, and so much more. I fill my cup with adventures (big and small) outside and quality time with loved ones. I love celebrating the glory of little things - from wildflowers, to a great new gluten free recipe, to my children's laugher.
I left a library career to keep my COVID baby safe in the summer of 2020 and have been cultivating a creative life for myself and my family ever since.
I am multi-passionate (as you will see in the variety of projects and artistic experiments I share.) I sell some of my work: nature photography cards, woodburning art, and embroidered pieces. I also play with art - and my kids - a lot. My goal is for all of my materials to be ecologically sourced.
I have had many different seasons of depression and anxiety in my life. The loneliness of those seasons has inspired me to share more of my story - to build community for myself and others. I love writing at the intersection of ecology, motherhood, and integrated living, often with a sprinkle of mental health and spirituality.
